Overview

The HubSpot integration allows you to synchronize your contacts and prospects between Propal and your HubSpot CRM. This bidirectional integration facilitates commercial pipeline management by centralizing your customer data. Key features:

Connecting to HubSpot

Go to Integration Settings

Navigate to Settings > IntegrationsIntegration Settings

Locate the HubSpot card

Scroll down to see the HubSpot card. It’s located in the CRM section.Locate the HubSpot card

Click Connect to HubSpot

Click on Connect to HubSpot

Authorize Propal to access your HubSpot account

Click Connect to HubSpot and authorize Propal to access your HubSpot account.
Make sure you have administrator permissions on your HubSpot account to authorize the integration.

You are now connected to HubSpot

You will be redirected to Propal with the connection confirmation. You can now synchronize your contacts and leads using the synchronization assistant.

Contact Synchronization

Synchronization Types

The HubSpot integration offers 2 synchronization modes:
  • Propal to HubSpot
  • HubSpot to Propal

Synchronization Assistant

Once you are connected to HubSpot, you can synchronize your contacts and leads using the synchronization assistant. Synchronization Assistant The assistant guides you through 3 steps:

HubSpot Contact Selection

  • View all your HubSpot contacts
  • Select those you want to import into Propal
  • Preview the information that will be synchronized

Propal Lead Selection

  • Review your existing leads in Propal
  • Choose those to export to HubSpot
  • Check for duplicates

Summary and Synchronization

  • Review the summary of actions to be performed
  • Start the synchronization
  • Follow the progress in real time
  1. Clean your data in both systems
  2. Identify potential duplicates
  3. Define your conflict resolution strategy
  4. Test with a small sample before complete synchronization

Manual Synchronization

You can trigger a manual synchronization at any time:
  1. From the Clients page, click Resync Hubspot
  2. For a specific client, click the button then Resync with Hubspot

Proposal Synchronization

You can link a Proposal to a HubSpot Deal by clicking the button then Link to Hubspot. Link a Proposal to a HubSpot Deal You can resync and unlink a Proposal from a HubSpot Deal by clicking the button then Manage with Hubspot.
